Your child's summer camp program will include fun-filled days of education and conservation, animal interactions and shows, field and art activities, a souvenir water bottle, snack, and a camp T-shirt. Upon arrival on Monday morning, your child will receive their summer camp water bottle and T-shirt, as well as a parent letter outlining the week's activities. Normal camp operation hours are 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. Early care (8:00 am– 9:00 am) and late care (4:30 – 5:30 pm) options are available for an additional weekly charge (see registration form).

This year's summer camp themes are as follows:

Water, Water Everywhere!
Did you know that 75% of the earths surface is covered by water? Water plays an essential role in all aspects of life. The ocean supports nearly half of the worlds species. This week campers will learn about the wonders of water and why it plays such a important role in the survival of species on earth.

Animal Olympians
Animals do some pretty amazing things. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to dive as deep as a leatherback sea turtle or to hold your breath as long as a sperm whale? From the deepest divers to the fastest swimmers, campers will learn about some extraordinary feats marine animals exhibit on a daily basis.

Conservation Crusaders
Has it ever crossed your mind that countless animals and habitats are affected by the daily activities of human beings? "Every hour, three species disappear. Every day, up to 150 species are lost. Every year, between 18,000 and 55,00 species become extinct; the cause: human activities" reported by the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. This week campers will learn about how their bad habits affect the health of the planet and its inhabitants.
